So yesterday Jamie went to a memorial service for an old friend's father. A girl that he went to highschool with just lost her dad and all his old buddies got together and went to the services. I stayed home with the kids. He was gone all day because he went to his parents' house in the same town as the funeral. We are supposed to be helping them clean out their barn this summer, which has 30 years worth of junk collecting in it. uhg. Am I evil for not going? We could've left the kids at his parents' house and went to the funeral for a while. But I don't feel well and I don't like funerals and I don't feel much like cleaning the barn. So I stayed home with the kids and did some housework.
Today, I'm just being lazy. Did some dishes, but nothing else. Just been on the computer all morning. Oh well ...
Maybe I'll get off my keester ... and enjoy this ice cold day called Easter! :) |
